Tips for practicing yoga

Please refrain from eating before your practice (at least 2 hours before)

Please don’t drink water during the practice (feel free to drink up to 15 minutes before and 15 to 30 minutes after practice)

Please refrain from wearing perfumes/heavily scented deodorants (neutral/subtle roll on deodorants are ok) and ensure your body is clean

Keep talking to a minimum (sorry for the talkholics, that’s also me)

Observe silence where possible and relax 🙂

If you lose focus or aren’t sure which posture comes next, return to your breath and wait for assistance on your mat. I will come and assist you.
