What to bring & wear


It is important to feel comfortable when you practice yoga. I recommend wearing fitted bottoms (leggings/shorts) and tops (short sleeved or vest tops) to prevent clothing riding up, but it is entirely up to you. We practice in bare feet.


Yoga mat

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one or you can borrow one. If you don’t have a yoga mat and wonder which one to buy, I would recommend investing in a durable, heavier yoga mat which would give you good grip/traction (typically these yoga mats cost from £40+, however they do last a long time). Google yoga mats and check out yoga mat reviews by publications such as Independent.


A blanket (and/or socks too) for relaxation at the end are recommended as our bodies cool down quickly, so if you feel the cold easily, it’s advisable to take a blanket to cover yourself.

Face towel

Small face towel is also handy as you may get a little sweaty (depending on the effort extended).
